At Thikana Delhi, we offer a warm, welcoming, and personalized stay in the heart of South Delhi. Here’s what you can expect when you stay with us:
Check-In & Arrival
Check in : 2 pm
24-Hour Check-In: We provide round-the-clock check-in for your convenience. If arriving late at night, our night guard will assist you.
Early Check-In: Early check-in to rooms is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. However, we warmly welcome guests arriving early to rest and relax in our common areas, making themselves at home until their room is ready. Guests are also invited to join us for the morning buffet breakfast to start the day on a refreshing note.For freshening up, a guest bathroom is available on the rooftop for a quick wash-up—please note that bathing facilities are not available in this space.
Check-in Requirements: Please have your passport or national photo identity card ready for verification upon arrival.As per government regulations, all guests are required to complete a mandatory check-in register upon arrival. Each guest must individually fill out and sign the register, providing all requested details in full. This is a legal requirement and must be completed accurately before check-in can be processed.

Each of our well-appointed rooms is designed to offer natural light, space, and warmth, with décor that reflects a blend of contemporary elegance and traditional craftsmanship.Each room is individually curated, with its own distinctive color palette, furnishings, and design sensibility, ensuring that no two spaces are alike.
Room Features
Comfortable Bedding: Depending on the room type, our rooms feature king, queen, or twin beds, along with bedside tables, comfortable seating, and ample wardrobe space. Some rooms include a working desk and chair for added convenience. Incase you require a working desk in the room, do let us know at the time of booking so we can allocate the room accordingly.Additionally, guests can work on the working desks placed in the common areas of two floors.
Modern Essentials: Every room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, air purifier, and a hot water system to ensure year-round comfort.
Safe & Storage: A secure safe is provided for valuables.
Tea & Coffee Facilities: Enjoy a complimentary tea and coffee-making station with Assam teas, green tea, coffee, cream, and sugar. Drinking water and glasses are available in both the room and en-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms
Hot Water System: Our bathrooms feature a geyser-based hot water system. Please switch it on 30 minutes prior to use for a warm shower. If multiple guests are showering, allow a 10-minute gap for reheating.
Toiletries & Linens: We provide luxurious full, hand, and face towels, as well as natural, locally sourced toiletries including hand wash, body wash, and conditioning shampoo.

At Thikana Delhi, we believe in nourishing meals served in a welcoming communal setting.
Breakfast
Timings: A warm continental buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in our designated dining space.
Cuisine: A mix of continental and Indian breakfast options to start your day right.
Lunch & Dinner Options
Home-Cooked Meals: Fresh, home-cooked Indian meals are available for lunch and dinner. Kindly place your order by 11:00 AM for same-day preparation.
Snack Menu: Available between 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM, featuring select house specialties.
Ordering In: Guests can also order food via Zomato, Swiggy, or Uber Eats, with restaurant menus available for reference.
Dining out : Situated within walking distance from Thikana Bed and Breakfast are a few eclectic dining options - Gulmohar Park Club (250 Mtrs), Diggin Cafe(500mtrs), Nagaland Kitchen (1.2km), Potbelly Rooftop Cafe(2.5km), Mumbai Matinee(2.5km). Many more restaurants situated at very short distances from Thikana can be accessed by public transport. Please ask for our favourites. Also note, the dining scene in Delhi is dynamic, with new establishments emerging regularly. It's advisable to check the latest reviews and operating hours before planning your visit.
In-house Dining Arrangements
Designated Dining Area: Meals are served exclusively in our communal dining space.
Crockery & Cutlery: Available upon request in the dining area.
No In-Room Dining or Room Service: To maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests, we do not offer in-room dining or room service.
